About The Festival
Hertford Music Festival is an annual celebration of local live music and includes a wide variety of genres, from classical, choral and jazz through to rock, folk and world music.
Now in it's 18th year, The Hertford Music Festival moves to August for 2012, opening with Rock At The Castle on Sunday 5th August.

Rock At The Castle: Photos
The year’s Rock At The Castle was another great success with over 5000 people attending and £2600 raised for the Ancient Charities Of Hertford. As well as live music on two stages, there was also plenty of food and drink, facepainting, clothes & jewellery, inflatable gladiator jousting and the ubiquitous bouncy castle.

Deco Bar Benefit
Deco Bar in Parliament Square are holding a charity concert in aid of pancreatic cancer on Thursday 7th July. Acts appearing include covers bands Route 179 and Passosayssmile (pictured), and indie musicians Leon Colven and Matt Chambers. The fun begins at 8pm and entrance is £5, with all monies raised going to charity.

Hertford Symphony Join Festival
Hertford Symphony Orchestra are joining the Music Festival with a concert at Ware’s Drill Hall on Sunday 3rd July.
